You acknowledge that (a) playmoTV has not tested or screened Third Party Content, (b) you use any Third Party Content is at your sole risk, and (c) Third Party Content may be subject to separate license terms as determined by the person posting such content.
5. Refund Policy
You can cancel your playmoTV subscription for any reason within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase and receive a full refund of the amount you paid (“Money Back Guarantee”). Please note, the Money-Back Guarantee applies only to new subscribers, and playmoTV reserves the right to deny a refund to a subscriber who has previously received a refund under this policy.
playmoTV may consider refunds after the 30-day window at our own discretion. This applies if you can demonstrate that the service was unavailable or unusable during your subscription period, and that you made reasonable attempts to contact playmoTV to resolve your issues. In such cases, playmoTV may provide you with a partial refund (pro-rated) for the period when the service was unavailable.
We typically process refunds within seven (7) business days and return them to the original form of payment used for your purchase. All refunds are issued in USD, so the amount you receive may differ slightly from what you originally paid due to potential foreign exchange rates or processing fees charged by your payment method.
6. Disclaimer
The services, on the playmo.TV website, including without limitation, all information, content, materials, products (including any software) and services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided by playmoTV on an “as is”, “as available“, and “with all faults“ basis, without warranty of any kind. PlaymoTV makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.Further, playmoTV does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of services provided or the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such services provided or the materials on any sites linked to this site. PlaymoTV does not warrant that this website; information, content, materials, products (including any software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the playmoTV site; its servers; or Email sent from playmoTV are free of viruses or other harmful components.
PlaymoTV will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from interruption of services or downtime of any of its servers or third party content providers. The same applies for any other event resulting in clients limited or no connection to the internet.
Furthermore, playmoTV will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the playmoTV site or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through the playmoTV site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequental damages, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
PlaymoTV specifically disclaims any warranty that (a) the services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) there are no viruses or other harmful components; and (d) the security methods employed will be sufficient.
PlaymoTV does not warrant that your activities or use of the websites is lawful in any particular juristiction and, in any event, playmoTV specifically disclaims such warranties. You understand that by using any of the features of the playmoTV website or services, you act at your own risk, and you represent and warrant that your activities are lawful in every juristiction where you access or use the websites or the content. Further, playmoTV and affiliates disclaim any express or implied warranties including, without limitation, noninfringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title.
7. Limitations
In no event shall playmoTV or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use playmoTV‘s services or the materials on playmoTV’s Internet site, even if playmoTV or a playmoTV authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. In no event shall playmoTV cumulative liability exceed an amount greater than five hundred dollars (USD 500). 8. Client Liability and Indemnification
In no event shall playmoTV be liable to any third party for its client’s breach or alleged breach of any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Clients of playmoTV agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless playmoTV from any and all expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or third party claims resulting from client’s breach or alleged breach of any client obligations set forth hereunder.
9. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on playmoTV’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PlaymoTV does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. PlaymoTV may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. PlaymoTV does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The playmoTV websites contain content that is provided for your convenience and enjoyment, including hyperlinks to other websites, such as third party content providers, that are in no way affiliated with our services. 12. Governing law and disputes
