5. Refund Policy

You can cancel your playmoTV subscription for any reason within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase and receive a full refund of the amount you paid (“Money Back Guarantee”). Please note, the Money-Back Guarantee applies only to new subscribers, and playmoTV reserves the right to deny a refund to a subscriber who has previously received a refund under this policy.

playmoTV may consider refunds after the 30-day window at our own discretion. This applies if you can demonstrate that the service was unavailable or unusable during your subscription period, and that you made reasonable attempts to contact playmoTV to resolve your issues. In such cases, playmoTV may provide you with a partial refund (pro-rated) for the period when the service was unavailable.

We typically process refunds within seven (7) business days and return them to the original form of payment used for your purchase. All refunds are issued in USD, so the amount you receive may differ slightly from what you originally paid due to potential foreign exchange rates or processing fees charged by your payment method.
